Busts of the three Emperors present at the Battle of Austerlitz; Napoleon (France), Franz II (Austria) and Alexander I (Russia).
The wreath surrounding the busts passes through the jaws of a skull.

 The three eagles of France, Austria and Russia with France ascendant. Each eagle has a shield with the initial of the associated Emperor on it. Three intertwined swords are part of the design.

As far as I know this medal is available only on the Battlefield of Austerlitz. It's a beauty isn't it?
