Modern Czech Medal #2 - 1995
1805 |
Obverse:
Napoleon, in his familiar cocked hat, stands in front of massed grenadiers,
probably of his Guard. They are in their usual bearskins and are marching
to the attack in full dress. |
 |
|
Reverse:
The French infantry's eagle is in the forefront with the battle raging
in the rear. Austerlitz is of course the German name for the Czech village
of Slavkov.

As far as I know this medal is available only on the Battlefield of Austerlitz.
It's another beauty isn't it? It's quite large, 70 mm in size.
